We want to treat you just like we want to be treated when we buy something and we want you to share you great experience with everyone you know. Buyer understands and acknowledges the safe and proper use of Needle ‘n Thread products is the buyer’s responsibility. Buyer also understands and acknowledges Needle ‘n thread will not be held liable for any harm, injury, or death that may occur as a result of using our products.

All website material including logos, designs, graphics, photographs, and all files are the sole property of Needle ‘n Thread and can not be copied for any purpose without the express written consent of an officer of Needle ’n Thread.

Needle ‘n thread products are custom made for each order. We make every attempt to provide the latest images of our offerings, however due to supplier changes, some items may be slightly different than those pictured on the website.

Due to the fact that our products are not mass produced, some items may be slightly different than those pictured on the website.

Needle ‘n Thread reserves the right to amend any policies of this website at any time.

Return Policy (We really want you to keep it an love it)

Due to the custom nature of our products we do not offer a refunds for any reason.
All Needle ‘n Thread items are custom made. We cannot accept returns for ordering errors such as color, size, incorrect spelling, etc. - unless of course we made the mistake.

We make every attempt to inspect your items prior to shipping, but we’re human and the occasional mistake slips through. Should you receive an item with an error or defect, call us we’ll work with you to get it right.
Manufacturer’s defects are determined by us and will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. If a returned item is determined not to be a manufacturer’s error we will return the item to you at your shipping expense.

Should you need to return an item because of our error you must contact us first, if necessary we will refund return shipping via USPS First Class mail only. We can not refund for Priority, FedEx, UPS, etc.

We can only consider replacement or repairs for errors or defects on new items. Used items will not be accepted for any reason.

Processing and Shipping

All orders take approximately two weeks to process and a few days for shipping depending on your location. At this time we do not offer a “rush” service but, if you need something sooner, let us know and we will try to accommodate. Please understand that choosing an expedited shipping method at checkout does not reduce processing time. If you need an item by a specific date, contact us first and we will let you know if we can accommodate you.

Payment
We use PayPal as our online payment processor. PayPal has a longstanding reputation for secure online payment methods. You may use an existing PayPal account or simply use a credit card for payment. South Carolina residents will pay 6% sales tax on all orders.

Options
Needle ‘n Thread offers numerous options on many of our embellished items. The definitions below clearly define what each option includes:

Applique Design - Appliques are embellishments that include both stitching and small fabric pieces to make a design such as a car or flower. Appliques are applied as close to the pictures on our site as possible. Thread colors and fabrics for appliques are not chosen by the customer.

Applique Letter - Some of our appliques are letters of the alphabet, or applique fonts. Because this is a more personalized option, you chose the letter and the fabric used. We will chose a suitable outline thread color based on our experience and other options chosen.

Embroidered Name - This name is usually a first name only stitched below an applique design or letter. You can choose the font and thread color for the name. We will chose the size of the font based on the number of letters to create a pleasing layout.

Embroidery Only - With this option an applique is not chosen. Use this option when selecting a name only or a monogram. A monogram is one or three letters. With this option you choose the font style and thread color. We will size the name or monogram based on the item.

Note: Three letter monograms are typically show as initials - first, LAST, middle. (ex. John Paul Smith would be JSP.) We will stitch the letter in the order you give them to us and cannot be responsible for letter order error.

Sizing
We do not offer custom sizing. You must order from our size chart. Please note all products are not available in every size. If you see an item you would like in a an unlisted size, please call us and we will try to special order. Additional charges will likely apply.
